Experts of our institution conduct expert legal analysis on the application of the subject of e-declaring of special anti-corruption legislation when submitting information in electronic declarations.

The legal expertise is carried out by analyzing the provided documents, provisions of the normative legal acts of Ukraine, scientific and practical comments on the civil and economic legislation of Ukraine, court practice, legal positions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine in civil, economic and administrative cases.

This kind of expertise is important when there is a dispute between the declarant (official) and the supervisory authority on the additional tax assessment.
